RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you face any issues with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligible Return Cases

You can request a return/replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The package was missing items

2. Return Request Time Limit

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Clear product photos

  • Unboxing video (if possible, for verification)

3. Replacement Policy

After verification, we will provide:
✅ Replacement product (if stock is available)
OR
✅ Refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or opened (unless damaged on delivery)

  • Damage happened after delivery due to improper storage

  • Return request is made after the allowed time period

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refund will be done through the same payment method or bank transfer (as applicable).
