Clear product photos
Unboxing video (if possible, for verification)
After verification, we will provide:

✅ Refund (if replacement is not possible)
Returns will not be accepted if:
Product is used or opened (unless damaged on delivery)
Damage happened after delivery due to improper storage
Return request is made after the allowed time period
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
